Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join Al-Nuaim. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel across India and GCC countries. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across India and GCC.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products/services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
- Negotiate and close deals while meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve overall sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role (preferably field sales).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Clean professional background and ability to travel extensively.
Work Environment
- Primarily field-based with extensive travel across India and GCC.
- Dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
Compensation
