Account Manager Apprentice For CA Freshers

This is a hands-on support role aligned to Platinum Account Managers (AMs). The apprentice serves as the operational backbone of Platinums ultra-HNI client servicing engineensuring smooth documentation, reporting, data hygiene, and internal coordination across functions like Product, Operations, Compliance. This role is ideal for those looking to understand the real operations of wealth management and eventually grow into full-fledged AMs or product specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Documentation
Ensure accurate collection, verification, and submission of client documents. Coordinate with operations, AMs, RMs to ensure seamless day to day execution.
2.Transaction Execution Support
Ensure transactions are processed without delay. Prepare deal notes, monitor signature flows, and follow-up for pending documentation.
3.Data Hygiene & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date data across CRM and portfolio. Identify and reconcile any breaks in portfolio reporting, holdings, or client deliverables. Assist AMs with preparation of monthly MIS and other reports.
4.Service Request Fulfilment
Address client or RM/AM requests (statements, tax docs, nominee changes). Track open service items, ensure timely closure, and escalate when needed.
Skills & Requirements:
• Excellent MS Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and spoken communication.
• Discipline in following processes and handling confidential data with integrity.
