About the Role

We are looking for an organized, results-driven Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, controlling budgets, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. This is a highly collaborative role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
  • Monitor and report project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
  • Lead regular status meetings and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.
  • Document lessons learned and support continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10-17 years of project management experience (or relevant experience in leading projects).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project, or similar).
