About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecting, developing, and delivering high-performance web applications using the MongoDB, , , and stack.

In this role, you will lead development initiatives, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, scalable, and secure web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices while ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems.
  • Architect solutions with a focus on performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers to elevate team performance.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features within deadlines.
  • Optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance development processes and product quality.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), , , , and MongoDB.
  • Proficiency with front-end tools such as Redux, Webpack, and responsive UI frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful API design, authentication protocols (JWT/OAuth), and database schema design.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with GraphQL, TypeScript, or
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
