About the Role

Mindbowser is seeking a highly skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer with 3 + years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in developing scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ) and must possess specific experience in the US healthcare domain. The candidate will work on cutting-edge healthcare projects and contribute to integrating various healthcare systems with EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Work on US healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Implement and integrate FHIR/HL7 standards for seamless healthcare data exchange.
  • Develop and integrate solutions with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms.
  • Utilize integration tools such as Mirth Connect or similar for data transformation and routing between healthcare systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, ensure project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in software development, particularly in the healthcare domain.

Requirements

  • Healthcare Projects: Must have worked on at least 2 US healthcare projects with a deep understanding of healthcare workflows and regulations.
  • FHIR/HL7: Strong implementation knowledge of FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare interoperability standards.
  • EHR Integration: Proven experience in integrating applications with EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, etc.
  • Mirth or Similar Tool: Hands-on experience with Mirth Connect or similar integration engines for healthcare data exchange.
  • OpenEMR: Experience with OpenEMR is a plus.
  • Payer Side Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare payer systems and processes is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
