As a Senior Marketing Executive at our multispecialty hospital in Tirupur, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our outreach and branding efforts to provide high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote hospital services and specialities. - Building and maintaining relationships with doctors, corporates, insurance companies, and community partners. - Organizing health camps, medical awareness programs, and hospital promotional events. - Conducting market research to identify patient needs and competitive trends. - Assisting in digital marketing, social media promotions, and content development. - Tracking marketing activities, preparing reports, and achieving patient acquisition targets. - Supporting referral-building activities with doctors and clinics. - Ensuring brand consistency in all communication and promotional activities. Your skills and competencies should include strong communication, presentation, and networking skills, the ability to work independently and achieve targets, good knowledge of healthcare marketing, branding, and patient engagement, proficiency in MS Office with knowledge of digital marketing being an advantage, and being energetic, self-motivated, and willing to travel locally. Qualifications required for this role are a graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in Marketing preferred), at least 3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing or related industry, and a valid driving license. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
