Role & responsibilities:

Safety: Provide safe working environment by identifying unsafe act /work, audit.Improvements, adherence of safety rules,trianing,monitoring and counselling.

Shop compliance understanding,adherence and timely reporting if non compliance,jigs/fixtures/oils/chemicals operations Do's & Donot's adherence.

Quality :Adherence of final assembly process, work a sper WIS/SOS, updation as per requirement , regulatory parts control.

Direct pass improvement to next process/shop by following quality systems,latest technology,methods , trainings.

New model/process FMEA to identify quality issues , actions , design improvemnet ideas.

Productivity: Process study, cycle time study,work balance,manpower mapping,kaizens,improvements to eliminate wastage in process,handling,movement etc.

Achieve HPV/SPS targets, efficinecy improvement by gap analysis,actions

Zero line stoppage of next shop y upkeeping machines , start up checks, ensuring autonomous maintenance.

Cost Control , team development , initiative and involvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have experience working with auto OEM.
