The company is a top-tier outdoor advertising firm providing high-impact visibility solutions across Bangalore. We specialize in static hoardings, digital LED boards, transit media, and other innovative OOH (Out-of-Home) formats. Our mission is to help brands reach and influence audiences where they live, work, and travel through strategic and data-driven outdoor campaigns.
Role Summary
As the Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major clients, understanding their business objectives, and proposing tailored OOH advertising solutions. You will lead end-to-end account servicing—from campaign ideation to execution—while driving revenue growth and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and agencies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with major brands and stakeholders.
- Understand client marketing objectives, challenge areas, and business priorities; translate them into compelling OOH media strategies.
- Create and present media proposals and customized plans.
- Identify and grow upselling / cross-selling opportunities in existing accounts.
- Oversee campaign execution by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Creative, and Finance teams.
- Track campaign performance, provide clients with post-campaign analysis, and recommend optimizations.
- Manage account budgets, quotations, and invoicing in alignment with finance and sales.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned accounts.
- Mentor and guide junior account executives / managers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities in outdoor and transit media.
- Provide regular reports on account health, revenue projections, and client insights to Sales Head.
- Resolve client issues proactively to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure alignment of all account activities with the company's values, policies, and business ethics.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's / Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in account management, sales management, or business development (preferably in OOH, media, or advertising).
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and sustaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Target- and growth-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading end-to-end campaign delivery.
- Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings / market visits.
