About the Role

We're looking for a creative, independent Instagram Carousel Creator to design, write, and deliver engaging carousel posts for multiple brands each month. You'll be provided with photos and a basic gist of what each slide should cover — but the magic of turning that into a scroll-stopping, on-brand carousel will be up to you.

This role is perfect for someone who can take minimal direction and run with it — blending design, storytelling, and strategy into content that connects.

Responsibilities:

Create ~20 carousel posts per month across 2–3 different brand accounts.

Take provided assets (photos, videos, or short briefs) and transform them into polished, visually cohesive carousels.

Write catchy, on-brand captions and slide copy that feel natural and engaging.

Use creative freedom to link carousels back to corresponding videos, reels, or shorts where relevant.

Ensure each carousel follows the visual identity and tone of its brand.

Stay on top of Instagram trends and apply best practices for carousel storytelling.

Deliver content on time with minimal supervision, managing your own creative workflow.

What We're Looking For

Strong design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).

A knack for writing concise, engaging, and brand-relevant captions.

Ability to take a basic one-line gist and independently build it into a finished carousel.

Strong time management: able to consistently deliver ~20 carousels each month.

Experience creating content for Instagram (preferably across multiple accounts/brands).

Creative problem-solver who can balance aesthetics, storytelling, and strategy.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with video-to-carousel adaptation (e.g., pulling stills or repurposing video ideas).

Experience in content marketing or social media strategy.

Basic knowledge of analytics to understand what performs well.
