This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Field Service, etc.) and Power Platform.
• Design, code, test, and deploy enhancements, integrations, and configurations.
• Work on plugins, JavaScript, C#, Power Pages (Liquid code, Azure B2C auth), ASP.NET, and SQL.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Participate in technical design sessions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Support system integrations with third-party tools using Web APIs, Logic Apps, and Azure services.
• Assist in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and source control.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for clients' Dynamics 365 environments.
• Contribute to project planning, estimates, documentation, and unit testing efforts.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft's latest platform capabilities and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE development (Sales, Service, Field Service, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform
• Familiarity with Dual-write and Logic Apps, Power Pages and Copilot
• Proficient in:
  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
  • C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, SQL
  • Plugin development, workflows, custom integrations
• Experience with Azure tools and DevOps pipelines
• Solid understanding of application lifecycle and agile project delivery
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with US-based clients
• Flexible to work in 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST time zone
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model (3 days from office)
• Excellent team player, self-motivated and self-directed
