Job Description

We are looking for a Site Incharge to lead O&M activities at the site. The candidate should have a strong background in mechanical operations and maintenance, preferably from the cement industry, with proven experience managing teams and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete site operations including planning, execution, and supervision.
  • Lead O&M activities, ensuring equipment performance and operational reliability.
  • Supervise site staff, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly operation reports.
  • Coordinate with management for resource planning and issue resolution.
  • Implement cost optimization and efficiency improvement measures.

Requirements

  • B.Tech Mechanical with 10–12 years of O&M experience.
  • Experience in Cement Industry operations is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a large team and site operations independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
