We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Account Manager who can lead our brand presence, drive engagement, and design creative campaigns that connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to build Eazr's brand visibility.
  • Manage and grow Eazr's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
  • Create engaging visual content (posts, reels, infographics, videos) using graphic design tools.
  • Design marketing collaterals (banners, ads, presentations, brochures) aligned with the brand identity.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and optimize for ROI.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams for content and campaign alignment.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with social media, fintech, and design trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing & social media management.
  • Compulsory skill: Strong proficiency in Graphic Designing (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools).
  • Ability to design creatives independently for campaigns and social media.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines.

Good to Have

  • Experience in Fintech, BFSI, or startup ecosystems.
  • Video editing or motion graphics skills.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations.
