Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for planning and executing lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline using a combination of inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing tools and strategies, and experience in lead generation across channels such as paid ads, SEO, email, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
:
Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel lead generation strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Create and manage campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Collaborate with the content and design team to develop engaging landing pages, email campaigns, and lead magnets (eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, etc.).
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, etc.).
Use marketing automation tools (like HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp) to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Ensure lead quality and improve conversion rates.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and market trends.
Conduct A/B testing to improve email campaigns, landing pages, and ad creatives.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1.5 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
