Job Location: North Goa, IndiaCandidates from Goa with a real estate background preferred Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess financial status and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Assist with tax preparation and audits.

(TDS/GST/Audit/Ledgers/Reconciliation)

  • Loan confirmations
  • Timely issuing of interest certificates.
  • Daily Bank Reconcilation and reporting
  • Preparing audit reports and reporting to the CFO.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an accountant or auditor, preferably in an in-house role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Should have prior experience under a chartered accountant.
