Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Branch Manager

to head our
Bangalore operations

, responsible for business growth, project delivery, client relationships, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and operational experience within the
interior fit-out / construction industry

.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and project execution for the Bangalore branch.
  • Manage client relationships, project timelines, and quality standards.
  • Drive business development and profitability for the branch.
  • Coordinate with internal teams – Projects, Design, Procurement, and Accounts.
  • Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and ensure P&L responsibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing regional team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management

(preferred).
- 5–8 years

of relevant experience in interiors, fit-outs, or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of
BOQ, costing, vendor management, and client coordination.
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and ensure timely, quality delivery.
