We're seeking a skilled Instrumentation professional to join our team, responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting instrumentation systems in the Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler area. This critical role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of CFB boiler systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Installation: Design and install instrumentation systems, including sensors, transmitters, and control systems for CFB boiler operations.

  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

  • Calibration and Testing: Calibrate and test instrumentation equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure instrumentation systems meet project requirements and regulatory standards.

  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation, including instrumentation diagrams, manuals, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation systems, including sensors, transmitters, and control systems for CFB boiler operations.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Knowledge of CFB Boiler Operations: Knowledge of CFB boiler operations, including combustion control, steam generation, and emissions control.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience working with instrumentation systems in CFB boiler areas or similar industries minimum 4 to 7 years required.

  • Proficiency in Software: Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar design software.

  • Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS): Experience working with DCS systems and programming languages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹53,349.63 per month
