About the Role:Okulo Aerospace is looking for a versatile software engineer who can build fast, take ownership,and grow with the company. You'll work closely to design, develop, and software at Okulo Aerospace.This is a high -impact role where you'llhelp shape the architecture, culture,and future of our product. You'll be the second software engineer. Requirements 4–6 years of experience shipping production -grade software. Full -stack proficiency: Deep expertise in one backend language (Python/Go) and modern frontend frameworks. Cross -platform chops: Experience with desktop (Electron) or mobile (Flutter). Networking/GIS bonus: Worked with WebSockets, GIS libraries, or spatial databases. Startup mindset: Thrive in ambiguity, pivot quickly, and balance speed with scalability. Leadership potential: You enjoy mentoring, RFC -style collaboration, and owning outcomes. You'll be the Swiss Army Knife of our tech team, leading projects from ideationto deployment. Key focus areas:1. Full -Stack Ownership: Design and build scalable web apps + Python/Go).Optimize backend APIs, databases (PostgreSQL), and caching (Redis).2. Cross -Platform AppsLead development of desktop (Electron, Qt) or mobile apps (Flutter).Ensure performance and seamless integration with core systems.3. Networking & GISArchitect solutions for real -time data streaming (WebSockets, MQTT,RTMP/RTSP, gRPC).Implement geospatial features (Mapbox, PostGIS, GDAL) and optimizespatial queries. 4. Systems & InfrastructureJob Description: Software Development Engineer I SDE11Set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).Troubleshoot cloud infra (AWS) and advocate for best practices. 5.
