Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Assistant Accountant. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for recording and maintaining financial transactions, assisting with financial reporting, generating invoices, and supporting budget preparation. The role involves ensuring accuracy in financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audits. The candidate will also help comply with tax regulations and coordinate with the finance team to support daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting tools, financial software, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, bookkeeping, and reporting
  • Ability to prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements and accounts
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; certification or further qualification (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) is a plus
  • Experience in tax compliance and knowledge of applicable regulations considered advantageous
