Job Summary:

We are seeking a male candidate for the position of Junior Accountant to support our finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. The role requires attention to detail, basic knowledge of accounting principles, and a willingness to work in a structured team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recording and maintaining financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
  • Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow management
  • Maintain ledgers and reconcile accounts regularly
  • Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
  • Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Support audits by providing required documents and reports
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment-related matters
  • Help prepare reports such as expense statements, balance sheets, and P&L summaries

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Familiarity with accounting software like Tally
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting

Note: This position is open for male candidates only due to operational requirements involving field work and extended work hours.
