Key Responsibilities
1.Channel & Sales Development
① Build and manage effective sales channels.
② Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities.
③ Establish and grow partnerships with utilities, consultants, EPCs, and system integrator.
2.Customer Relationship Management
① Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
② Actively develop new customer accounts and establish long-term partnerships.
③ Provide high-quality customer engagement and ensure customer satisfaction.
3.Market & Competitor Analysis
①Gather first-hand market intelligence and customer feedback.
②Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and differentiate Sinexcel's solutions.
③Identify and seize new business opportunities in the power quality market.
4.Technical & Solution Support
① Leverage technical knowledge to address basic customer technical questions.
② Collaborate with internal engineering teams for advanced technical support.
③ Deliver solution presentations and product demonstrations as needed.
5.Collaboration & Execution
① Work cross-functionally with global teams to align strategies and deliver results.
② Demonstrate strong self-management, high execution, and target-driven performance.
③ Utilize all available resources effectively to ensure successful project implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or Power quality related field (preferred).
- Have network with utilities, consultants, or industrial customers.
- Technical aptitude to handle customer inquiries and provide solution-oriented support.
- Solid market research and analysis skills; ability to identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of independent work.
