  • Greet and assist patients and visitors politely and professionally.
  • Manage the registration and appointment process for OPD and consultations.
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance.
  • Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Guide patients regarding consultation rooms, billing, diagnostics, and other hospital services.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for patient flow management.
  • Assist patients in filling up forms and provide information on hospital policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update the hospital management system.
  • Ensure all data entries are correct, including patient demographics and billing details.
  • Manage visitor records and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Generate bills, collect payments, and issue receipts for services rendered.
  • Reconcile cash collections at the end of the shift/day.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for any discrepancies or adjustments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
