Greet and assist patients and visitors politely and professionally.
- Manage the registration and appointment process for OPD and consultations.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Guide patients regarding consultation rooms, billing, diagnostics, and other hospital services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for patient flow management.
- Assist patients in filling up forms and provide information on hospital policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update the hospital management system.
- Ensure all data entries are correct, including patient demographics and billing details.
- Manage visitor records and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Generate bills, collect payments, and issue receipts for services rendered.
- Reconcile cash collections at the end of the shift/day.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for any discrepancies or adjustments.

Pay: ₹18,800.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
