Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
International Sales Executive (Inside Sales)
to join our team in Delhi. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, customer relationship management, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for selling online, print, and exhibition services while maintaining and expanding a strong customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly sales targets for online, print, and exhibition services.
  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and live chat across various industry segments.
  • Expand and manage a database of potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Keep clients informed about Global Sources' product offerings.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Collect payments and required materials from signed clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Administrator and PSC team for contract inputs and client content uploads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to achieve common sales goals.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    Minimum 1 year in Telesales or inside sales, preferably in an international B2B market.
  • Language Skills:
    Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
  • Sales Acumen:
    Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Focus:
    Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Adaptability:
    Willingness to work with international clients across different time zones.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales tools.
  • Self-Motivated:
    Goal-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Team Player:
    Collaborative and proactive approach to work.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
