Manager - Civil - Projects

ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all civil engineering projects within the Power/Energy sector in Bhagalpur, Bihar.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Lead a team of civil engineers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000).
  • Thorough understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
Non-Negotiable Skills:
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
QualificationsEducation Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
  • 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering within the Power/Energy industry.
  • Prior experience in project management and leading a team.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering civil engineering projects on time and within budget.
