Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Telly Caller with 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in real estate or customer-focused roles. The ideal candidate will be confident in making outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting the sales team by scheduling meetings and following up with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects and generate leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about projects, pricing, and offers.
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and ensure proper documentation.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
• Support the sales team with client coordination and communication.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.

Working Hours: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0 to 3 years of experience as a telecaller/telesales executive, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹216, ₹240,000.00 per year
