**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects and generate leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about projects, pricing, and offers.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and ensure proper documentation.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
- Support the sales team with client coordination and communication.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.

**Working Hours**: 10:00 am - 7:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0 to 3 years of experience as a telecaller/telesales executive, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
