Pay: /- Visit

Travel: 10km inclusive in the Basic Pay

Role Description

Delivering training programs on a variety of topics related to Personality, Professional Development and Mental health.

The Trainer is responsible for making sure all the protocols related to trainings are fulfilled.

The trainer would be responsible for handling the sample distribution setup and making sure each student who has

completed the registration gets the sample.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the vision and mission of Right-Side Story to work towards Youth well- being in educational institutions.

Understand the specific role of the Trainer in educating on the topics of Personal and Professional Development

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Manage the sample distribution via registration and keeping a tally of the stock.

Qualifications

A Master's degree in Education/ Marketing/ Psychology or any related field

0-2 years of experience in a similar set-up

Committed to making an impact on educational institutions i.e. Schools/colleges

Experience in training and managing.

Familiarity with a variety of interactive methods and technologies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with diverse groups of people

Inspire and motivate learners

Able to maintain a non-judgemental, empathetic, understanding and respectful approach in all their work.
