Role and Responsibilities:
  • Act as a hands-on contributor and execute the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from business requirements to product delivery.
  • Manage a team of software engineers and leads, providing guidance and support in design, coding, and code reviews.
  • Apply technical knowledge and ensure the development of robust knowledge architecture and standards to support business applications.
  • Build awareness within the tech community through participation in meetups, conferences, and open source contributions.
  • Collaborate with product owners and other technical personnel to finalize requirements and ensure successful software development.
  • Serve as the initial point of escalation for software development issues, providing timely resolutions and troubleshooting.
  • Lead and manage a team of highly skilled engineers to develop a world-class data platform.
  • Contribute to the evolution of development guidelines, practices, and principles in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
  • Design resilient and redundant infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability of software applications.
  • Champion Agile Methodologies to enable faster release and deployment of iterations of our services.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Prior experience in a good multinational company or AI/ML product company.
  • Excellent communication skills and a deep commitment to high quality and engineering discipline.
  • Self-driven and able to thrive in a high-performing environment.
  • Strong people management skills to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
