ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE/ AUDIT EXECUTIVE–PALLAVI

JOB PROFILE:

  1. Making Tally entry of Purchase for implication of correct GST provision.

  2. TDS implication and application

  3. Actively work on ERP

  4. Checking GSTRN 2 with vendors ledgers

  5. Reconciliation of vendor ledger

  6. Cost cutting via internal audit

  7. Setting up SOP for various Internal audit

  8. Keeping a track of bills under provision and advance given to supplier

  9. Making Payment of Immediate / Urgent vendor (Credit card, admin bills etc)

  10. Client ledger confirmation with payment statement- Monthly

  11. Transfer and releasing the amount sanctioned for salary/labour wages in respective employees/ workers accounts.

  12. Maintaining entries in tally for wages and other payments.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PREFERENCE.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum basic qualification should be B.Com or B.com (Banking & Insurance) or B.Com (Banking & Accounts).

· M.com in Accounts.

CERTIFICATES/ SKILL SETS:

· MS. Office. (Words and Excel.)

· Proficiency in Tally.

EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum experience of 1-2 year

OTHER PROFICIENCY:

· Should have through knowledge about Accounting standard and policies, company accounting standards and procedures.

· Should have good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
