 Job Description:

Expectation from Client :
 
The bidder shall get the Police background verification done and submit the same before the engineer is posted to BEL.
The onsite engineer will be required to follow BEL working timings. However he should be able to work flexible hours and be on-call as required.
Final round of technical interview for the candidate will be done by BEL.
The engineer should manage entire BEL BASIS Tasks/scope from his posting in BEL Bangalore and Hyderabad as per SLA.
Basis Experience of more than 2 years on SAP HANA administration with DR setup.
Qualification: BE / BTech in Computer Science, Electronics, IT related degrees.
 
JD :
 
Should manage all Software issues related to the SAP like Hypervisor, Linux OS server, all SAP components.
Resource should work in close co-ordination with the HW engineers to resolve all issues related with the SAP system.
SAP application and database performance tuning
Install, configure, maintain, Upgrade on support of SRM systems, Solution Manager, ECC, and BI/BO, GRC, CRM, BOBJ, Content Server,TREX, Portal (JAVA system).
Provide support for Disaster Recovery and DR test as required
Provide daily support to production support team and End-Users with any technical and performance problems
HANA, ASE & Max-DB database patching, upgrade, configure & Maintenance.
Support of High Availability environments (Service Guard)
Performing Homogeneous System copies
Monitor the SAP landscapes, including the backups schedule completion, the successful completion of batch jobs, the potential failures or RFC calls, the general health of the database, the usage of physical resources (CPU, RAM, disk)
Knowledge of Linux and Windows systems administration
