Your role 

In this role you will play a key role in.

- Subject Matter Expert in US Employment Based Immigration ( H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3 etc.)
- Review of immigration procedures on legal status of foreign employees
- Conduct quarterly compliance audits
- Maintain detailed reporting of compliance audits
- Supporting the team members in implementing the immigration changes to process
- Adhering to SLAs
- Collaboration with Immigration legal team as and when required.
- Strong communication skills to be able to respond to employee / business/ respective stakeholders queries within 24 hours.
- Assist with queries sent to the immigration helpdesk.
- Assist with site visit queries.
- Regular communication with in-house counsel/attorney to understand the immigration requirement changes in acts / regulatory requirements and updating the SOP document accordingly and communicating the requirements to business on need basis.
- Update and track visa status for all the assignees whose cases ae allocated for workings.
- Update the case status in the immigration tool as per the process.
- Providing status updates to employees & business managers at frequent intervals.
- In coordination with HR I-9 Admin team, manage the I-9 Reverification process for all Onsite employees who are visa dependent.
- Weekly reporting of I-9 reverification status
- Monthly follow-up to employees requires I-9 reverification
- Updating Law Logix with I-9 valid doc
- Process monthly withdrawal notification of CG sponsorship for employees resigned/termed from CG organization to USCIS
- Verify termination/resignation with HR
- Shift timings2PM to 11:30PM IST.

Your profile 

- Minimum 3-5 years of US business immigration experience as an Immigration expert in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Specific experience with H1B, L1 petition and RFE analysis, preparation, evidence identification and Green Card process.
- Strong drafting skills of immigration petitions
- Strong communication skills to be able to respond to employee / business/ respective stakeholders queries within 24
- Strong proficiency with the MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time-management skills, accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
