Project Management Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Sustainability Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive NPI program performance, revenue tracking, and localization NPIs in India-based projects by establishing analytics and reporting systems to monitor engineering KPIs such as revenue, launch timeliness, and sustainability metrics.
- Conduct Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies for products and processes, supporting environmental impact reduction initiatives by generating LCA reports in line with ISO 14040/14044 standards, managing environmental footprint data, and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into business processes and decisions.
- Analyze manufacturing emissions and engineering data to develop lifecycle inventories.
- Present sustainability findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for process optimization.
- Lead and drive sustainability initiatives across the organization, focusing on Scope 3 emissions and supply chain improvements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
