SUMMARY

Job Title: Student Counselor

Location:   Bhubaneswar

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: 1 3 years (preferred in counseling/recruitment/overseas education)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Counselor to guide and support candidates aspiring for overseas career opportunities. The role involves providing end-to-end counseling, clarifying international recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth transition for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel candidates regarding overseas job opportunities, requirements, and career prospects.
  • Provide guidance on documentation, visa, migration support, and interview preparation.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of international recruitment markets, trends, and regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and assist them throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams, vendors, and overseas clients for candidate processing.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets of counseling sessions, applications, and closures.
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.

RequirementsRequirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Human Resources, Business, or related discipline preferred).
  • 1 3 years of experience in counseling/recruitment/overseas education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidate queries and handle end-to-end counseling.
  • Knowledge of international recruitment processes will be an added advantage.
  • Target - driven with a customer-centric approach.
