Role & responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers.
  • Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
  • Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
  • Should know how to handle international customers

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduates or undergraduates eligible
  • Min 1yr International voice experience required. (Freshers can apply for Gurugram)
  • Should have excellent communication skills; highly proficient in English.
