About Client:
It is an Indian alco-beverage company that operates across the entire value chain — from manufacturing bulk and industrial alcohol to producing and marketing its own branded spirits. Founded in 1993 and based in New Delhi, it has distilleries across several states. Their manufacturing footprint spans multiple states in India: distilleries in Rajasthan, Haryana, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, etc
Key Responsibilities
:
- Develop annual brand plans and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage ATL & BTL campaigns, ensuring consistency of brand identity across channels.
- Conduct market research and consumer insight studies to guide product positioning and communication.
- Oversee new product launches, packaging innovations, and portfolio extensions.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, influencer activations, and experiential events.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (volume, market share, awareness, etc.).
- Coordinate with creative, PR, and media agencies for campaign development.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure ROI and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to liquor industry advertising and excise regulations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and brand strategy in the alcobev sector.
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis, digital marketing, and campaign measurement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA in Marketing / Communication or related field.
- 5–10 years of brand management experience in the liquor / beverage / luxury FMCG industry.
