Product Specialist – Customer Success
We are looking for a
Product Specialist
to work closely with one of our key institutional clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all academic process–related implementations, ensuring seamless adoption and optimised usage of the Digii platform within the academic ecosystem.
This is a strategic, client-facing role that blends
academic process understanding, relationship management, and product expertise
to deliver measurable institutional outcomes. You'll represent
Digii
as an embedded partner with the client, helping them digitise academic workflows, enhance transparency, and drive data-driven decision-making across their academic departments.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Implementation and Enablement
- Lead the onboarding, configuration, and rollout of academic modules of Digii (curriculum management, grading, attendance, timetable, examinations, etc.) for the assigned institutions.
- Conduct structured training sessions and academic workshops for faculty, academic administrators, department coordinators, as well as students.
- Map institutional academic processes and align them with Digii's platform capabilities to ensure smooth and value-driven deployment.
- Monitor module adoption and provide actionable insights to maximise academic efficiency and learning outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with key academic stakeholders, including Deans, Principals, Controllers of Examination, and Heads of Department.
- Conduct periodic academic review meetings to track institutional progress and gather feedback.
- Identify potential risks in implementation, adoption, or compliance and take proactive measures to resolve them.
Academic Process Optimisation and Feedback Loop
- Serve as the
Voice of the Academic Users
within Digii, translating real-world use cases and feedback into product improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure academic workflows are accurately reflected and optimised in the platform.
- Document institutional variations in academic policies (grading, re-exams, attendance, credits, etc.) for product configuration and scalability.
Technical Coordination and Support
- Act as the liaison between the client's academic IT/ERP team and Digii's technical teams for issue resolution.
- Stay updated with new feature releases related to academic modules and guide institutions on their usage and impact.
- Ensure timely resolution of academic queries, minimising operational disruptions.
Key Requirements
- Minimum
1 year of experience
in academic operations, ERP implementation, or customer success roles in the higher education domain.
- Strong understanding of
university academic structures
, including curriculum design, grading systems, attendance, and examination workflows.
- Proficiency in
MS Excel and data interpretation
for academic reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with academic and administrative leaders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple institutional priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in a
SaaS or EdTech
environment is an advantage.
