Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Software Developer to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Java technologies. This role demands a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical foundation and a passion for delivering robust and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions using Java/J2EE technologies.
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code for complex requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the product.
  • Identify and address problem areas within components/products.
  • Create low-level design documents and technical specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews and debug complex programs.
  • Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Maintain a result-oriented approach with a go-getter attitude.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 - 4 years of hands-on software development experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Java/J2EE, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate.
  • Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL.
  • Strong understanding of advanced Java concepts (e.g., multi-threading, memory management, garbage collection, lazy loading).
  • Experience in database design, data modeling, DDL/DML scripting.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
