Position - Operations Manager & Assistant Operations Manager.
Location: Netaji Subhash Place
*The candidate should have prior experience working with car/ bus rental companies.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To visit the Client when we have an order for a big event. To Discuss their requirement and accordingly to arrange vehicles.
All vehicles to be assigned and ensure their timely reporting.
To replace the breakdowns. To give preference to the company's vehicles and if not available then opt for vendor vehicles.
To periodically inspect the vehicles and any repair is to communicate to the maintenance through Job request.
To groom the drivers at regular intervals.
To maintain hand over / takeover of vehicles in VTMS.
To ensure the vehicles sent for duty are well cleaned and road worthy.
To close the casual duties and for WIC payment received to be ensured.
To have an approval for vendor rates from Management and to ensure timely payments to vendors.
To ensure driver DCR or any other miscellaneous expense.
To ensure and monitor ops. executive who is to maintain the record of vehicle fueling, mileage, payments for fuel and petty cash made through SBI such as Fast Tag/ Toll Tax/ MCD/ Repair & Maintenance or any such expense.
To ensure the attendance of drivers is marked on regular basis.
To maintain P& L of vehicles operating under operation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Should be a graduate, preferably with a B.Com degree from a reputed university. .
Minimum of 3-10 years in Operations management (car/ Bus rental).
Salary package up to 6 LPA.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet management systems, and operational cost control.
Familiarity with using Vehicle Tracking Management Systems (VTMS) and reporting software.
Proven track record of handling operational issues and finding quick resolutions.
Knowledge of billing, vendor payments, and financial schemes for vendors.
