Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Engineer based in Ludhiana. The Industrial Engineer will work on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality control. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production data, designing workflow, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with teams to enhance manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering skills from Women's wear
- Analytical Skills and Process Improvement abilities
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience in fashion or garment industry is a plus
