Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Summary:
We are looking for a smart and organized Receptionist cum Admin Executive to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and strong coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front-desk activities, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls.
- Maintain visitor records, attendance registers, and front office documents.
- Coordinate with departments for day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Handle courier (inward & outward) and maintain related records.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Assist HR/Admin with documentation, filing, and basic data entry.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and support staff with general office tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide basic support in handling staff queries and coordinating office maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Admin Executive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
