Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain a new customer database to boost sales and share daily customer footfall reports with the reporting manager.
  • Conduct BTL and local store marketing activities to increase sales,  and product sampling near stores.
  • Ensure strong operational management with attention to detail.
  • Maintain and achieve the store's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Promote the organization's products and services effectively.
  • Prepare and share the daily sales MIS report for the store.
  • Ability to engage and convince customers effectively.
  • Customer-focused attitude and a friendly demeanor.
