young, aggressive, high-ownership Brand Manager
who wants to shape the future of a rapidly scaling global fragrance house.
About the Role
As Brand Manager, you will be the custodian of our brand narrative, voice, positioning, and growth strategy. You will help build a perfumery-focused brand across multiple categories—including perfume, incense, oils, sprays, bakhoor, scented candles, and wellness aromatics—across digital and emerging offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and own the brand's positioning, storytelling, and long-term brand roadmap.
- Lead the brand calendar across launches, campaigns, content initiatives, and category expansions.
- Monitor brand consistency across regions, products, and channels.
Content, Communication & Creative Direction
- Craft compelling brand narratives, briefs, campaign messaging, and scripts.
- Guide creative teams on visual identity, tone of voice, and content direction.
- Ensure brand communication across platforms is premium, consistent, and human.
Growth & Channel Execution
- Partner with performance marketing, marketplace teams, and retail partners to drive topline and category growth.
- Support digital-first campaigns while contributing to new offline channel development (distribution, wholesale, pop-ups, retail partnerships).
- Work closely with product development to ensure fragrance launches align with consumer insights and brand strategy.
Analytics & Consumer Insight
- Track brand health metrics, campaign performance, and consumer feedback.
- Conduct competitive and category analysis across global markets.
- Use insights to refine strategy and unlock brand opportunities.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, supply chain, operations, and sales teams.
- Represent the brand voice in internal discussions and external partnerships.
- Drive alignment across teams in a fast-moving omnichannel business.
Who We're Looking For
- 3–7 years
experience in brand management, FMCG, beauty, perfumery, or D2C preferred—but we're hiring
first for the person, then the skillset
. - Team first player
- A strong communicator with exceptional writing—someone who can craft world-class copy, briefs, and brand narratives.
- Deep passion for fragrances, perfumery, and consumer brands.
- High bias for action, ownership, and problem-solving.
- Ability to build structure in chaos and lead cross-functional teams.
