Role Overview Chai Waale is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Head Office Operations Team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus on supporting day-to-day activities, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. This is a hands-on coordination role offering exposure to all aspects of operational management — including process optimization, quality control, reporting, and inter-departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day operational activities and monitor progress to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks. Manage and track inventory levels, maintain stock records, and ensure accurate documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless operations and resolve process-related issues. Track and analyze operational data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.

Maintain proper documentation for inventory, vendor performance, and logistics coordination. Monitor external service providers to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Support the Operations Manager in planning and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Prepare operational reports, assist in budget planning, and maintain MIS records.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational SOPs. Provide administrative and analytical support to the Operations Department as required.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2–4 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative coordination.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and documentation. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline. A proactive and self-driven individual

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
