Develop and review financial projections and investor presentations.

Conduct in-depth market research and provide strategic insights.

Analyze financial statements and market data for decision-making.

Collaborate with finance, marketing, and legal teams on IPO activities.

Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of financial models.

Stay updated on regulatory requirements impacting IPOs.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in valuation techniques and investor relations.

CFA or relevant financial certifications (preferred).
