  • Oversee financial modeling for IPOs, including valuation and revenue projections.
  • Develop and review financial projections and investor presentations.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and provide strategic insights.
  • Analyze financial statements and market data for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, and legal teams on IPO activities.
  • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of financial models.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements impacting IPOs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in valuation techniques and investor relations.
  • CFA, CA or relevant financial certifications (preferred).
