We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Assistant Manager: Human Resources
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring a productive and supportive work environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Should have experience in Tech and Non Tech.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment and culture that aligns with company values.
- Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and performance improvement.
- Develop and monitor career development programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct salary reviews and negotiate employment contracts.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and design employee development programs.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.
HR Strategy and Policy Development:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide strategic input on organizational development and workforce planning.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
