We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter with proven experience in hiring for SaaS-based organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SaaS industry, talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to source top-tier professionals for technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within a SaaS environment (Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS or tech industry hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS roles and organizational structures.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for global SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment strategies and employer branding.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics.
