Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage
HR operations for a workforce of 500+ employees across multiple warehouse and
logistics hubs. This role combines strategic business partnership with core HR
operations, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have prior
experience in a distributed workforce environment and a strong grasp of labor laws and
stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
Workplace & Compliance Management: Manage HR operations across 500+ employees
in multiple locations. Ensure strict compliance with all applicable labor laws and
company HR policies. Conduct periodic HR audits and maintain updated documentation
Payroll & Compensation: Oversee monthly payroll and statutory deductions (PF, ESI,
Gratuity, etc.). Address employee queries related to compensation, tax, and benets
Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for on-roll and off-roll positions.
Collaborate with business heads for manpower planning and forecasting. Support
employer branding and sourcing initiatives
Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors for manpower supply, payroll, and statutory
compliance. Track vendor SLAs and negotiate terms for optimal service delivery.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Be the point of contact for grievance redressal and
conict resolution.Plan and execute engagement activities, L&D programs, and
employee connect initiatives.
Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant eld. 36 years of experience in an HRBP or similar
role, preferably in a logistics or warehousing setup. Prociency in HRMS platforms,
payroll software, and Excel. Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance
requirements. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
skills.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good interpersonal skills
Hands-on knowledge of basic MS Excel
Willingness to work extended hours during peak loads
