One of our reputed MNC clients, a leading organization in the Railways, Metro, and Highways sector, is seeking to hire the below professional for their prestigious ONGOING, MUMBAI COASTAL ROAD PROJECT, NORTH - VERSOVA TO DAHISAR PROJECT in MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA.

JOB TITLE: PROJECT DIRECTIOR- Cable Stay Bridge (Versova, Mumbai Pro.)-PG Mandatory

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead the ongoing Mumbai Coastal Road Project (Versova to Dahisar stretch). The incumbent will oversee complete project execution from planning, design coordination, and construction supervision to contract administration, quality control, and financial management.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATION: Bachelors Degree in civil Engineering with Postgraduate Degree in Construction

management/ Structures/ Geotechnical/ Mining/ Bridge Engineering

EXPERIENCE: Should have minimum Professional Working Experience of 20 years and should have

minimum 15 years of experience in similar field in planning, Designing, construction, supervision, contract management and Monitoring in Road Bridge/ Rail Bridge/ Metro Rail Should have working experience minimum of 5 years covering at least 2 projects as Project Director/ Team Leader/ Construction Manager/ Project manager) in Cable Stay Bridge/ Bridge over Sea or river or creek/ Highway bridge.

Single project costing not less than INR 5000 million

OR

Two Projects costing not less than INR 3300 million

Or

Three Projects costing not less than INR 2500 million

Bridge/ Bridge over sea or river or creek/Highway infrastructure works.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project delivery within cost, time, and quality parameters. Responsibilities include reviewing engineering designs, monitoring progress, managing stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and resolving technical or contractual issues efficiently.

The Project Director will serve as the principal liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring seamless communication, risk mitigation, and adherence to contractual obligations. Leadership, decision-making ability, and deep technical expertise in bridge and highway projects are essential.
