Role Overview

RK Fashion is looking for a Senior MIS Executive who can manage, automate, and analyze business data using SQL and Python. The role requires strong data handling, reporting accuracy, and the ability to convert raw data into meaningful insights for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting
  • Use Python for data cleaning, automation, analysis, and report generation
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
  • Automate recurring MIS processes to improve efficiency
  • Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and insights
  • Coordinate with departments (HR, Sales, Operations, Finance) for data requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation of data processes and reports

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

  • Strong proficiency in SQL (Joins, Subqueries, Functions, Optimization)
  • Strong working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, basic scripting & automation)
  • Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros preferred)

Additional / Bonus Skills

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript (for dashboards, automation, or integrations)
  • Experience with Power BI / Tableau (optional but preferred)
  • Understanding of databases and data structures

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting role
  • Experience in retail / fashion industry is a plus
